Andrea earned her real estate license at the age of 20 while in college and quickly fell in love with the business.  After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in English, Andrea pursued a career in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in office & industrial sales & leasing at CB Richard Ellis in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.  

Andrea spent 10 years honing her skills there before moving to Georgia with her young family. Fate brought her back in the residential market where she worked as a Transaction Coordinator for a large team. In January of 2019, Total Closing Services was born out of a desire to assist even more agents in the Metro Atlanta area.  To date, TCS has closed nearly $400 Million in real estate along side her agent clients.  Andrea also holds her Brokers license in GA and is licensed in North Carolina.

Sheena is a licensed Georgia real estate agent based in metro Atlanta, with over four years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator. As a Realtor herself, she understands the ins and outs of the contract-to-close process—and just how crucial it is to have someone reliable managing the details behind the scenes.

Known for her strong communication skills and proactive approach, Sheena helps agents and clients navigate every step of the transaction smoothly and efficiently. She's a stickler for processes and organization (just ask her husband!) and brings that same level of precision and care to each transaction she manages.

With over 14 years of experience in North Carolina real estate, Jennell has built a reputation for passion, dedication, and a truly client-first approach. Known for making the buying and selling process smooth and stress-free, she’s formed lasting relationships with clients—many of whom have become lifelong friends.

Now, Jennell brings that same energy and expertise to her role as a Transaction Coordinator, helping agents and their clients navigate the paperwork, deadlines, and details that can make or break a deal. Her deep understanding of the ever-changing real estate market, strong communication skills, and organized, solutions-oriented mindset allow her to keep transactions on track from contract to close.
